THE LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE®

The CCC Leadership Path is the roadmap we will use to ensure your leadership needs are met. This path includes applying The Leadership Challenge® which is a leadership approach that has resulted in higher performing teams, enhanced motivation of leaders and an increase in their willingness to work hard. Ultimately applying The Leadership Challenge framework creates environments where people are more successful at achieving organizational goals.*

The Five Practices of Exemplary leadership make up The Leadership Challenge approach and includes Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart. Leaders that frequently engage in these practices have shown to have an increase in employee engagement, lead higher performing teams, and increase bottom-line results. 

CCC uses this leadership model because it supports the belief that leadership is learned time and is rarely based on just having a leadership position in an organization. Leadership can be cultivated in everyone to so that individuals can better adapt and lead more effectively in an always changing work environment. Yet, there is a catch…we have to be willing to step up to lead and continuously practice to refine our leadership skills.

HOW CAN THE LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE HELP YOU?

ORGANIZATIONS

The Leadership Challenge Workshop approaches leadership as a measurable set of behaviors based on over 30 years of ongoing research on effective leadership. The workshops provide your team with powerful opportunities to receive feedback from peers, direct reports, and supervisors on skills that are linked to more effective leadership. You will learn how to apply the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership to your own leadership approach and within your organization by receiving transformative feedback and participating in engaging activities.  

The one or two-day workshops are designed for organizations that seek to develop leaders who want to:

  • Develop and sustain trusting relationships in order to empower others to lead

  • Foster an environment of innovation, accountability and collaboration

  • Create a measurable leadership development action plan

LEADERSHIP COACHING

CCC Leadership coaching is designed for individuals that are seeking to improve their leadership performance, gain greater clarity in their professional career goals, and be willing to engage in the path to self-discovery. As a leadership coach, we will engage in the CCC Leadership Path to help you move forward and reach your full leadership potential. By actively listening and asking powerful questions we will work together to discover your own solutions and strategies to becoming a more effective and exemplary leader. Together we will create a leadership coaching contract that outlines the number of meetings, specific leadership assessments and cost that will work best. Leadership coaching can be a valuable resource to assist individuals clear the way so that they can successfully move forward onto their next leadership path.
